Kidneys are bean shaped organs that are vital for the cleansing of the body. Their main job is to filter the waste and extra fluid from the body. They also help in maintaining the acid balance and initiate the blood production.   • Consume more base-forming food such as radish, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, etc as they help in lowering down the high blood urea nitrogen
  • Abundant amount of water should be consumed as it helps in discharging the waste through urine.
