Generally, kidneys respond to the changes in the blood pressure of the body. The production of urine depends on the fluctuations of the blood pressure. Urine is primarily the excess water that is expelled out of the blood. When kidneys produce more urine, the volume of the blood flowing in the veins and the arteries decreases, this results in low blood pressure.
