A patient with ICD-10 Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 2 has slightly damaged kidney functions and a mild decrease in Glomerular Filtration Rate (GFR) of 60-89 ml/min/1.73 m². At this stage of Chronic Kidney Disease, there are usually no symptoms of impaired kidney functions. STAGES OF CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE
