What is the role of kidneys?
Kidneys are vital organs that perform some of the basic functions of the body. They clean the blood by filtering the metabolic waste and extra fluids from the body in the form of urine. Kidneys send the toxins to the bladder and later they are passed out in the form of urine. Kidney failure is the condition in which the kidneys lose their ability to filter waste from the blood. - One must drink abundant amount of water for easy discharge of water
- Alcohol, tea and caffeine should be avoided during such condition
